Same-day delivery in 1,000+ Brazilian cities for orders placed by 3:30 PM local time (recipient's timezone), Monday to Saturday. You receive photo confirmation the moment it's delivered. Atelier items are assembled to order and delivered in 2–5 business days. No delivery on Sundays except Mother's Day and June 12.

Stems vary by region and season. If a flower isn't available locally, our florist substitutes one of equal or higher value keeping the style and color palette — never a smaller arrangement. For any visible change we message you first.
